Finnish Bouquet

This card came from PostMuse. She had bought it from the artist at an art festival, and it should represent the most used herbs in Finnish cuisine. - So nice that you PostMuse thought me and bought the card for me when you saw it!
PostMuse is wondering where cardamom is used, but at least in Finland it is always used in plain coffeebread. Isn't it elsewhere?

  2. I usually associate cardamon with Indian curries. I think maybe it is a different variety of cardamon. It is a bit spicy.

  3. Ok, yes, when I look in the dictionary so even there it's mentioned to be an Indian herb. But in plain coffeebread we always use it and in Finnish it is called kardemumma.
By the way, I really like the card!
